Please read our return policy carefully to understand how returns are handled.


Return Policy (Only for Damaged Products)

We offer returns only in case the product arrives damaged.

If your product is damaged, defective, or not working at the time of delivery, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.


Eligibility for Damage Return

A return will be accepted only if:

✔ The item arrived physically damaged
✔ The item is not working on arrival (dead on arrival)
✔ You provide clear unboxing video proof showing the damage
✔ You contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Without an unboxing video, return requests cannot be processed.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

❌ Wrong product ordered by the customer
❌ Change of mind
❌ No longer needed
❌ Used products
❌ Products without unboxing video proof
❌ Slight color/size variation


Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds.
Only damaged products are eligible for return, and upon approval, a fresh unit is sent (or store credit is provided if stock is unavailable).


How to Request a Damage Return

Email us within 24 hours of delivery at:

  1. Your Order Number

  2. Clear unboxing video of the product

  3. Photos of the damage

  4. Your name & contact number

Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.


Important Notes

  • Returns are only accepted if the damage is visible in the unboxing video.

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to reject return requests without proper proof.
